The League has scheduled our first real action on Monday, March 30th.
Players should plan to arrive at 7:45pm and email Jesse ASAP if you do no expect to be at the game Monday night. In the case that the game is cancelled due to weather or field conditions, notification will be posted here on the website and a team email will be immediately sent upon recieving that word from the league.
The Company Softball Team Website has been launched. This site will be used for posting our schedule, roster, game recaps, stats and any other team news.
About this Site:
It is built on WordPress 2.7 and integrated with Facebook Connect for cridentialling. It uses the Event Manger plug-in for event management and the Google API for mapping and directions to the fields. The site is mobile-friendly and enables our team captain to post updates just by sending an email from his phone to the site. This way late-breaking news such as rainouts can be quickly posted to the site.
A photo gallery is still in development for sharing game and other pictures.
The team also has a twitter account @companysoftball for sharing team news.
